Angela Heap is a leading Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility and pregnancy, with over 18 years of clinical experience helping individuals and couples navigate their reproductive health journeys. She runs a successful Brighton-based clinic, ah! Fertility Nutrition and works with clients around the world, supported by a hand-picked team of experienced nutritionists.

Angela is known for supporting clients with complex fertility challenges, including those preparing for IVF, recurrent miscarriage, male factor, PMOS, endometriosis and fertility over 40. She works closely with top IVF clinics across the UK and Europe, offering bespoke nutritional guidance to complement medical treatment and optimise outcomes. She maintains an active client caseload alongside her teaching work, because every protocol she teaches comes from cases she's working on right now.

Beyond her clinic work, Angela is deeply involved in professional education and research. She lectures on fertility and pregnancy at degree level for respected institutions including:

British College of Nutritional Health,
The College of Naturopathic Medicine (where she trained in 2005)
the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

Angela regularly collaborates with cutting-edge genetic testing company LifecodeGX, and has lectured at the Fertility Masterclass hosted by a leading Australian naturopathic organisation—offering in-depth insights into reproductive health for fellow practitioners.
She also consults for UK-based laboratories on fertility-focused testing and analysis.

Angela was a speaker at the Gestational journey in 2018 alongside Naturopathic doctors dieticians and Obstetricians and It became very obvious quite quickly as the conference sold out to over 450 delegates fast – that there was not only a need for specialist training in this area but an appetite for practitioners to train solely in this area, and so the programme started to take flight!
